Visbeck Compressor Station – Exxon Mobil

A synopsis of work carried out

• Gas producer assembly change over (new 4 oid)
• Installed replacement Gas producer and bolted to PT
• Reinstalled side mounted assesory Gearbox and Starter motor
• Reinstalled all ancillary equipment, removed whilst removing old Gas producer
• Removed the out put shaft assembly for alignment checks (Engine to Compressor)
• Replacement P.T to Compressor out put shaft assembly
• Prepared new Gas Compressor for crank washing
• Replace main lube oil filters having inspected drained oil
• Reinstalled all the necessary equipment unit started and lite – off and acceleration to idle
• All vibration levels checked at idle and maximum speed. Adjusted accordingly
• Units 1 and 2 left in operational condition
• Loop Testing
• Instrumental Calibration
• Fault finding and repair
• Verification and amendments to As Built Drawings
